The mattress is a good product for its price. Material is of standard quality and the mattress is comfortable to sleep on. Also the customer service of the seller was quite helpful and proactive. When I ordered the mattress, I selected an incorrect size. But their customer service called me up and asked me to check again. They made sure that I get the perfect size for the mattress 👍🏽

Been using Wakefit for 4 years and ordered the same but due to COVID, they were unable to deliver and order got cancelled. Then after research ordered this one. At first I was bit skeptical as this just looked as a knock-off of Wakefit with similar kind of name and almost same website design. So got the call that mattress is delivered and had to book a auto to bring it at my address...Put it on auto and it bent towards the back while coming back home, I was disappointed and it seems like it is just a cheap sponge and weight was also very light.......But But But, when I put it on bed, I was surprised on the quality of it. Super steady, adequate softness, very comfortable. My mom liked it better than Coir hard mattress I ordered for her...

It's worth the money paid. Initially I was upset that the seller called to confirm. But then when I gave it a thought it's actually nice that they call you and reconfirm the size so that there is no further doubts for us as a buyer and no worries about returns for the seller. Not sure about pain relief but this is comfortable and not too soft or too hard either.
